Lange Erlen Playground

Situated by the Wiese river, Lange Erlen is one of the most popular recreational areas in the Basel region. Located outfront the zoo is the must-visit playground Lange Erlen. Here children can climb on various sculptures, paddle in the specially created streams and slide down through tubes from elevated platforms. The playground also offers a special world of experiences for children with disabilities,  such as an easily accessible trail that leads through a small stream.
