Zur grünen Amsel

Restaurant Amselstube is part of the small brewery Zur grünen Amsel. The quaint restaurant cultivates a familiar ambience – like visiting friends. The centrepiece of the drinks menu is of course the brewery's own "Amselbräu" craft beer, brewed by hand from water, malt, hops and yeast using a gentle, traditional method. For large or small appetites, the restaurant serves homemade sweet and savoury tarts and much more. In summer, guests can also eat outdoors in the cosy courtyard, where food is also freshly grilled.
